Habitat restoration for blue carbon seagrasses as marine sector carbon sink aims to restore the marine ecosystem to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 by increasing the carbon absorption capacity of coastal-marine spaces and providing a habitat for marine life by creating a habitat environment.
The step-by-step project for the conservation of seagrasses consists of a marine bottom environmental quality improvement project, cultivation and transplantation of seagrass seedlings, monitoring, and effect analysis. A public seagrass transplantation is also scheduled for the second half of the year. We will take the lead in marine protection and ESG management.
