Korea Green Foundation(Chief Director, Choi Yeol) is sponsoring ‘Green Film Festival in JEJU’ in May 2018. It is the first international green film festival in Jeju hosted by Korea Green Foundation and International Electric Vehicle Expo and it will take place during the period of the 5th International Electric Vehicle Expo.

In the festival, the spectators will be informed of new renewable energy including electric vehicle and environmental education will be conducted for the future generation. In the agreement ceremony, the Choi, Yeol, the chief director of Korea Green Foundation, revealed his ambitions by stating “It feels great to host an international green film festival is Jeju, which has great environmental significance. We will make the best efforts with International Electric Vehicle Expo to develop the drivers towards the environment-friendly era.

Meanwhile, the Korea Green Foundation has been hosting 14 international green film festivals starting from the 1st Seoul Green Film Festival in 2004. The purpose is to seek coexistence of the environment and human beings and spread appropriate alternatives and actions for the future. Also, through ‘Visiting Green Film Festival’, the Korea Green Foundation is making environmental exchanges with many citizens by visiting diverse regions.
